General princilpes


All regular full-time and part-time employees who have completed the probationary period are eligible to request support for fertility treatments.


All information related to fertility treatment, including medical documentation, will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without the employee's explicit consent.

Fertility Treatment Leave
